The poetry, photographs and paintings in this volume are the works of poets and visual artists who have been influenced and inspired by The Urantia Book, often referred to as the "Fifth Epochal Revelation." Most of us have been serious readers of the book for the better part of their lives. The book's teachings have had a profound impact on our lives and on our poetry and art.

These poems and works of art express and exemplify our spiritual inclination. More than than that, it can–perceptibly or not–stir and nourish your own, regardless of where you are in your own personal religious and spiritual journey. That is the primary purpose of SAILING TO SALVINGTON.

Most of the paintings in this volume are part of The Mo and Jennifer Siegel Painting Collection, a collection of paintings based on the life of Jesus as told in The Urantia Book.
