Ziglar, a longtime Urantia Book reader (1960) came upon the idea of creating a UB trivia game while hosting the first Urantia conference ever held outside of Chicago. The event took place at his Brentwood School during the summer Los Angeles in 1973. While in Boulder, Colorado, in summer 1975, Wally constructed a large game board in three sections, designed to be an educational tool for elucidating the cosmology of the universe as presented in The Urantia Book. With the assistance of two graphic designers, he completed the first version of the game. Wally has redesigned his original concept, creating a game book with more than 700 questions, which has a tally sheet in the back and can be played without the board.

"My intention," Wally states, "was not only to create a fun game for all readers, new and old, but to make it educational and thought provoking as well. People can enjoy reading the quotes in the Manna for the Soul, Words of Jesus, and About Jesus boxes at their leisure, anytime, not just when they're playing the game.

Wally is retired and lives with his wife, Sharon, in Corona del Mar, California. They have a daughter (Katie) and a son (Matthew), who both live in southern California, as well as two Bengal cats, Molly and Abby, who are both still living at home!
