"The Great Debate on the Size of Orvonton" by Tom Allen

"The Great Debate on the Size of Orvonton" by Tom Allen

  • $ 19.95

There are a variety of theories among Urantia Book readers about the composition and cosmography of Orvonton. Many astronomical models can be devised based upon language interpretation, current astronomy theories, intuition, analogy, speculations, and hard research. Tom provides nine models put forth by Urantia Book readers over the years, then makes his case.

"Tom makes his case compellingly and backs it up with solid references from The Urantia Book and independent reliable sources. He is firm in the conclusion he draws, the Local Sheet is Orvonton with the Milky Way as the inhabited core, but invites those with equally strong, but differing, opinions to weigh in and back them up with the same strict standards he set for himself. Tom never loses sight of the personal nature of our loving Heavenly Father as he explores the impersonal nature of God. There is information and interpretation new to me to appreciate in his book."
